California Privacy Rights
Effective: July 28, 2026 · Applies to California residents only
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grants you specific rights regarding your personal information. This page describes those rights and how to exercise them with Starr Hill Vineyard & Winery ("we," "us," or "our").

Right to Know

Right to Limit Sensitive Information
You may request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our services.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights — we will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We may share certain identifiers and internet activity data (such as cookie identifiers and browsing behavior) with analytics and advertising partners in ways that may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under California law.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by providing written authorization.
